Duties and Responsibilities:
· Document and coordinate equipment inventory and movement and serve as primary interface between vendors and distribution center.
· Answer incoming phone calls.
· Take orders for equipment or services.
· Recommend equipment to fill the job and coordinate same.
· Inspect equipment to ensure that it is dressed properly.
· Document and report all equipment movement.
· Coordinate transportation of the equipment to and from vendors and jobs.
· Test and maintain equipment for readiness.
· Maintain inventory records.
· Check in returned equipment.
· Input computer data.
· Receive and processes requests from other stores and stages equipment.
· Know and understand [Company] Quality Policy and comply with all requirements of the Quality Systems Manual, Operating and Technical Procedures and Workplace Instructions.
· Must understand and comply with all safety rules and company policies of[Company] .
· Work assignments carried out to the highest quality level.
· Perform various other duties and activities as assigned by supervisor within the physical constraints of the job.
Note: Assist in recommendations on equipment to fill the job and coordinate same. Pre and post job inspections and verification of equipment prior. Supervise and/or perform the loading of equipment. Prepare delivery tickets. Order parts/services as needed from vendors.
Qualifications
Essential Skills:
· Proficient verbal and written communication skills
· Four to six years previous oil field experience
· Computer literate
· Prior dispatching experience preferred
· The physical ability to immediately respond to emergency situations.
· Specific Software: JD Edwards (preferred)
