Responsibilities:
Responsible for picking and running of Product Removal Records
Participate in call-out rota duty according to operations requirements
Ensure that any transaction received is checked for accuracy and that the data entry is complete in order to maintain accurate stock controls.
Create Goods Received Notes
Data input of on-loan/consignment transactions
Various clerical duties, including typing, filing and checking documents for accuracy
Key punching of Stock Movement Forms
Filing of departmental paperwork transactions
Creation of computerised purchase orders
Ensure all documentation is completed in a timely and accurate manner
Special projects/ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements:
Verbal and written communication skills
Skills in the use of Microsoft Office
Typing skills
Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative
HND or equivalent
Experience of using Microsoft Office packages
Experience of setting up processes and systems
Typing skills
Experience in a similar environment (possibly gained over 3 years)
Knowledge of HM Customs would be beneficial
Experience using SAP would be beneficial
