Responsibilities:
You will be part of the invoicing and inventory UK team and your main focus will be to handle the invoicing functions for UK and Holland customers.
As part of this role you will also be involved in updating customer orders in SAP in conjunction with information received from the marketing and inventory group.
You will be responsible for performing office tasks such as filing and/or maintaining highly confidential records for audit purposes, processing transactions and other similar duties.
Requirements:
You will be required to work under limited supervision. High integrity, effective teamwork, organizational, time management and communication skills are critical to the success of this role.
As a successful candidate you must hold a High School Diploma or equivalent qualification. You will have Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word & Microsoft Outlook. SAP knowledge would be an advantage however not necessary as training will be provided.
