Our downtown Edmonton client is currently recruiting for a professional and experienced Payroll and Benefits Administrator to join its not-for-profit organization!
Working closely with the Operations Manager and Human Resources Advisor, you will be responsible for the following:
- Semi-monthly payroll
- T4 and ROE preparation
- Employee file maintenance
- Benefits administration
- Recruitment
- Training and development
- Other payroll and HR related functions
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and attributes:
- A minimum of 1-2 years of payroll experience
- PCP designation
- Flexible and professional attitude
- A sense of commitment and integrity
The salary for this position is up to $41,000 per annum to start with an increase after 3 months, pending performance. An exceptional benefits package is offered, which include fitness and parking/transit reimbursements and full health and dental coverage.
To be considered for this position, you must currently reside in the Edmonton area.
