Job Description
Recording Oil & Gas revenue transactions in Oracle Revenue Environment. Processing cash payments & revenue accrual entries, preparation of manual upload spreadsheets, Agreement Setups, and ensure proper severance tax accruals are calculated. Monthly reconciliation of General Ledger Accounts and Accounts Receivable. Perform volume & value trend analysis and provide explanation for exceptions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field (minumum 21 hours of accounting credit)
- Must demonstrate initiative and interact effectively with others in a team environment
- Must communicate effectively with internal and external clients
- Must be able to manage multiple tasks and meet short deadlines
- Excellent fundamental accounting skills; hands-on experience with general ledger reconciliations
- Fluctuations in workloads will require some overtime
- Excellent Excel spreadsheet experience
