Responsibilities:
Conduct investigations and assessments as appropriate
Ensure Auditee’ compliance to Qatari Legislative and established HSE Regulations and Auditee’s in-house polices and procedures.
Plan, Organize and Conduct Desk-Top / Documentation Audits as well as on-site Verification / inspections against specified Regulations / Standards to
Review, Compile, Analyse, and Interpret Auditee’ Performance Indicators data to determine causes, trends, and relationships of injury/illness, major
severity potential Incidents and all other unplanned events.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree [4 years] in Engineering or Core Science discipline
Minimum 10 years experience in Oil & Gas and/or downstream industries
[i.e., Refineries, Gas Processing Plants, Petrochemical Plants, etc.] including Offshore Oil and Gas Production Facilities
Adequate Industry recognized HSE Training
Auditor Training Certificates and preferably IRCA registered Auditor
5 – 10+ years HSE specific experience in conducting Regulatory / HSE Audits of Oil/Gas and / or downstream industries.
Auditing / inspection techniques and Standards / procedures
Investigative techniques and methods
Fully utilize all Microsoft Office software
Facilitate training of Qatari nationals
