To provide inside technical sales and marketing support to sales and marketing team with a primary focus on chemical injection pumps and parts.
Duties must be performed consistent with company mission and values and adherence to company policies and procedures. Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Provide inside technical sales support to outside sales and customers alike on the Texsteam pumps and parts
· Communicate with customers, suppliers and sales staff through all aspects of the sales process in order to handle customer inquiries and process orders
· Provide technical and commercial review, order entry and tracking/expediting orders from suppliers and alerting the appropriate staff of any potential delivery problems
· Support all [Company] branches with Texsteam pump and parts needs
· Develop and provide professional product quotations
· Foster a spirit of cooperation and teamwork within the [Company] organization and other [Company] divisions
· Provide input in developing marketing literature, magazine articles and publication advertisement
· Maintain quote lg
· Support product marketing initiatives
· Other projects as assigned
Qualifications:
· Post secondary education in a technical field
· Min. 2 years inside sales or customer service experience in the electrical industry
· Technical knowledge of the Texsteam Pumps and Parts would be an asset
· Strong market knowledge and customer base
· Strong knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
· Good oral and written communication skills are essential
· Strong work ethic, high motivation, initiative and enthusiasm
· Strong attention to accuracy, detail and follow up
· Able to meet deadlines and work under pressure
· High level of customer centricity, able to develop and maintain productive business relationships with key accounts
