Responsibilities:
Schedule development for all phases with specific planning activities where identified
Procedure preparation for progress measurement and reporting
Progress measurement and reporting including forecast to complete
Establish manpower histograms.
Review, and critique of subcontractor plans, including incorporation into the overall project plan.
Prompt identification of schedule slips
Coordination of Monthly and Bi-weekly report input for all areas
Liaise with Cost Control and Document Control as required.
Participation in Schedule risk analysis exercises
Recovery schedules preparation when needed.
