·         Provides administrative support to the [Location] Exploitation and Operations Teams. 
 
Job Description:
·         Punctual and present throughout the day while providing support to all team members.
·         Must exercise good business judgment and discretion as well as maintain confidentiality.
·         Prepare expense statements and coordinate travel arrangements for entire team.
·         Maintain department timesheet plus sick leave and vacation calendars.  
·         Code invoices and prepare check requests and department reports.
·         Coordinate and assist in preparation of meetings: prepare and organize material, room arrangements, communication, catering, etc.
·         Handle incoming correspondence (mail, faxes, etc.) plus compose letters and memos as needed.
·         Operate a multi - line phone system, handling and screening incoming calls
·         Order office supplies for department plus maintain copy/workrooms via Office Services (toner, paper, service calls etc…)
·         Input OBO Daily well reports and cost information into Bengal; perform filing duties.
·         Ability to set and manage priorities and perform with little supervision.
·         Perform Special Projects as required.
 
Job Requirements:
·         High school diploma, with college degree or some college training a plus.
·         Minimum of 3 years experience in an administrative support capacity.
·         Must be able to work well with a variety of different personalities.
·         Position requires exceptional work ethics, excellent organization, communication and interpersonal skills, and a high level of initiative, flexibility, and enthusiasm.  
·         Must be tactfully assertive and have outstanding customer support skills. 
·         Experience with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint applications is essential.
