Entry level position that develops basic knowledge and skills and acquires work experience in midstream natural gas engineering. This position will be involved under immediate supervision from the very early planning phases of regional domestic projects, including cost estimates and development concepts, and will be involved in supporting facility upgrades and modifications in existing operating areas.
Job Description:
· Learn and apply federal and state regulatory requirements and codes in the design and construction of midstream facilities.
· Learn the basics for piping and equipment sizing and apply this knowledge.
· Learn the business process and work flow.
· Learn the basics of project management.
· Interface and work with E&P customers and midstream operations independently and in a team environment.
· Work with more senior personnel on the preparation of project scopes and estimates including technical work required for conceptual studies, cost estimates for economic analysis and AFE preparation, and design basis for detailed engineering studies.
· Learn the corporate software required to perform cost analysis of ongoing and completed projects.
· Learn the industry software required for pipeline and compressor simulations.
· Work with more senior personnel to gain knowledge of project planning, development and execution systems.

Job Requirements:
· No prior engineering experience required
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Software Package.
· BS Engineering degree
· Some travel required
· EIT completion recommended
