Responsibilities:
Potable Water Supply and distribution.
Fuel Supply including fuel gas & diesel fuels storage & reticulation.
Power Generation & Distribution.
Waste Water Treatment & Disposal.
Communications Networks
Work with the Utilities Group engineers and designers to assist their interface with the electronic document management systems.
Undertake day to day activities as requested by the Project Engineer.
Undertake administrative tasks (eg minutes of meeting).
Review and monitor engineering documents for consistency of format prior to processing through to Document Control
Custodianship of contractor input to the Regulatory Monitoring and Compliance System for works associated with the Utilities workscope
Primary Responsibility for compilation and binding of the Electronic Technical Requisition Packages
Requirements:
Electronic document management and tracking experience
Up to 5 years experience previous work within a design office environment
Computer literate with advanced Excel & Office skills
Good communication skills.
Enthusiastic and keen to learn.
Well organised with a structured approach to work.
Previous demonstrable experience in dealing with EPCM & Gated Approval Processes would be highly desirable.
