Responsibilities:
Analyse and document system requirements.
Identify technologies to customise off the shelf systems to project requirements
Develop prototypes and test plans
Develop support documentation
Assist in the development of system support processes
Assist in the training of system support officers
Provide expert system support
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to work unsupervised
Broad knowledge of IT infrastructure including but not limited to IP Networks, Microsoft Active directory and Cisco networks
Requirements:
Minimum 3 to 5 years systems integration experience primarily focused on user identity information systems
Extensive knowledge of LDAP directories and relational databases
Experience in developing and implementing customised interfaces to import, export and manipulate data in various directory systems
Degree qualified
Knowledge of project management methodologies
Previous experience in a ITIL based service desk environment or understanding of ITIL framework
Resource industry experience
Understanding or knowledge of safety policies or processes in the resources industry
