Overview
 
Position involves extensive forward responsibility for the optimal preparation and execution of Subsea Production Systems projects within client and [Employer] expectations for safety and quality while ensuring operational and financial efficiency.
 
Actively contribute to the HSE system at your workplace (offshore and onshore). HSE performances are a core value of the corporation and you will manage HSE performances as an integral part of our business and lead by example. Also ensure that [Employer] achieves continual and measurable improvement. You will comply with the relevant legislation, regulations and other requirements and commit yourself to the prevention of pollution.
 
Qualifications
 
  • University Degree (BA/MA or BS/MS) or equivalent, or alternatively extensive operations/project management training – Minimum 5 years.
  • Ten years of relevant experience.
  • Knowledge of project management (incl. cost control / finance) is mandatory.
  • Knowledge of Management Systems under ISO standards.
  • Basic knowledge of risk management.
  • Prior management or supervisory experience in the oil sector
  • Knowledge of offshore Operations and planning.
  • [Employer] detailed and broad knowledge of organization, product and relevant equipment.
  • Presentation and People management skills.
  • Write reports and chair meetings.
  • Good communication skills – Fluent in verbal and written English, strong leadership qualities, PC literacy and a positive and customer focused attitude to work.
 
Job Description
 
  • Budget TBD/ Revenue 16M+
  • Responsible for the Management of all individual client project activities and personnel, keeping high safety and service standards, managing the department / project budget. Client point of contact for in country work (service / refurbishment / sparing / etc)
  • Errors will be detected in the field during installation activity and could lead to Client downtime that could have financial impact on both Client and FMC.
