Location: Las Colinas - TX , United States

·         Integrate geologic/engineering data to characterize producing reservoirs with a clear focus on the[Location]
·         Analyze/estimate the range of outcomes of reservoir performance and potential reserves. Proactive value and risk assessment of producing assets in a collaborative, multi-discipline team environment.
·         Assist team to define/implement a development plan in a dynamic area with expectations of rapid production growth. Integrate closely with drilling and completions to implement well designs and stimulations that cost effectively improve productivity. Identify cost-effective alternatives to improve recovery of producing reservoirs.
·         Collaborate with teams and BD to create/implement work plans that incorporate knowledge of exploitation/development opportunities. Estimate/maintain SEC reserves within the framework of the Asset Team.
·         Be prepared to participate in establishing a new core producing area. This job description reflects the minimum job duties for the lower level position.
 
Required
·         Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering required; 10 years of petroleum engineering experience with significant focus/expertise in shale gas (reserves estimation, simulation, drilling/completion techniques and economics/commercialization).
·         General field development and operations experience; emphasis on unconventional resource development. Close integration of geophysical, well, and production data at a reservoir and full field scale. Proficient in decline curve analysis, SEC reserve determination, and economics (Aries Windows).
·         Experience with improved recovery techniques such as infill drilling, horizontal drilling, water and gas injection, log analysis, reservoir modeling, and project management a plus.
·         These requirements reflect the minimum requirements for the lower level position.
·         The level at which a candidate is hired into is dependent upon the skill level and previous related experience of that candidate and the minimum qualifications for such level that they are hired.
