Job Description
- Develop NPI (New Product Introduction) program plans that meet established requirements and generate forecasted requirements for resources and external functional support.
- Schedule NPI programs.
- Prepare quotation delivery estimates.
- Prepare project schedules.
- Interface with all functional groups to appraise their capacity requirements.
- Advise program participants of capacity problems and help resolve thenm.
- Interface with Product Platform Leads, Product Leads, and Chief Engineer's office to meet customer needs.
- Monitor the progress of entire NPI program.
- Collect and compile capacity information to support the NPI plan.
- Prepare monthly progress reports.
- Prepare bi-weekly report of expenses and late programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science Degree and/or 5+ years of work experience.
- 5+ years experience in scheduling, manufacturing and MRP.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Software proficiency.
- Excellent organization and prioritization skills.
- Excellent teamwork, influencing and relationship building skills.
