[Company] requires an enthusiastic, innovative and motivated individual to join our Contracts Group reporting to the Team Leader Contracts.
Primary Responsibilities:
- This position is responsible for handling duties with respect to joint venture. In addition to mentoring junior staff and review of process efficiencies, responsibilities include equalization calculations, external audit coordination, joint interest partner account analysis, coordination of contract set up with contracts department, analysis and maintenance of CO&O agreements, queries and JIB link upload and maintenance.
Qualifications:
- BCom, BA or related University Degree
- Enthusiastic self starter motivated to implement process improvements
- Confident to challenge the status quo
- Excellent communication skills with both internal and external customers
- Five years of progressive experience in the oil and gas industry
- Familiarity with PASC and CO&O agreements including the creation/analysis of 13th month equalizations for co-owned facilities would be an asset
- Team player with superior analytical skills with the ability to mentor junior staff
- Flexible and able to manage multiple priorities, taking on new responsibilities as required
