Position is responsible for working closely with Divisions to facilitate interactions and communications in an effort to identify and implement lessons learned best practices. Participate in the peer review process, and assist in evaluating viability of unconventional resources.
Job Description:
· Work with multi-disciplined teams to ensure fit for purpose well designs.
· Develop and track completion metrics and benchmarking.
· Assist in evaluation of viability of unconventional resource opportunities.
· Support operational requests from Divisions.
· Coordinate, support and assist Procurement efforts for services across Divisions.
· Acquire knowledge and information of completion operations and techniques across Divisions.
· Active participant in Peer Review Process.
· Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies as requested.
· Assist with identification and implementation of lessons learned, best practices and processes cross Divisions.
Job Requirements:
· Degree in Petroleum Engineering
· 10 to 15 years of diversified industry experience including production with drilling and reservoir a plus
· Experience in design, execution and evaluation of hydraulic fracturing treatments including horizontal wellbores as well as sand control and acicizing.
· Computer and database skill sets, including Nodal analysis, PowerPoint, Excel, StressCheck
· Versed in casing, tubing and connection design to support well design considerations.
· Teamwork and communications skills
· Willingness to travel and spend time in field and on locations as required.
