Description:
Working on complex dynamic simulation and operator training simulator projects as technical leader or team member.
Responsibilities:
Expected to manage a team of engineers (either local or remote) to ensure completion of assigned projects to required technical standard.
Responsible for understanding concepts and technologies involved in simulation projects and their practical application
Responsible for customer satisfaction for the technical performance and completeness of assigned projects
Interaction with client engineers to define, agree, develop and implement appropriate technical solutions
Provide support to and work with the Project Manager and Lead Engineer to deliver on customer commitments while protecting Honeywell's commercial interests
Participation in business development initiatives including client visits and marketing presentations
Requirements:
Degree in Chemical Engineering
Experience of dynamic simulation of oil and gas, refinery and chemical processes
Experience of Operator Training Simulators and dynamic process simulation studies
Ability to manage a team of project engineers
Good communication skills
