Responsibilities:
Responsible for delivering assigned services in line with the Service Level Agreement, including
Review and Approval of management reports
Balance Sheet integrity for area of responsibility
Ensuring QCD is maintained up to date and understood by team
First point of contact with client sub-surface management and Business Analysts for delivery of day to day services
Understanding and delivering opportunities for initiatives across the account
Work with others as required - Subject Matter Experts, Talisman Finance teams, client, AIT and other project resources
Effectively embedding and sustaining changes required from project completion
Ensure improvements are sustainable
Work within the Projects group, assigned to the Delivery team
Work effectively across all locations, and all teams (Asset Areas and Shared Services).
Work effectively with other resources e.g. Consulting, where required
Deliver projects on time and on budget
Deliver on project objectives (cost savings, productivity improvement, capability development, process standardisation etc)
Deliver to Service Level Agreements and Key performance indicator targets
Requirements:
Recently qualified accountant, or with relevant industry experience
Good business understanding of the Oil and Gas Industry
Good knowledge of financial and management accounting
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work effectively with a wide range of teams and functions
Proactive self-starter with ability to influence others and requiring minimum supervision
Receptive to change
Ability to work under pressure, to tight deadlines
Ability to work autonomously
Proactive approach to issue ownership / resolution
