Job Description
- Executes Resonance schedule.
- Reviews daily team requirements and coordinates activities.
- Resolves or coordinates resolution of technical issues/problems.
- Assists Team Leader in buffer management on critical machines.
- Ensures labor reporting is accurate and balances with time sheets.
- Plans and coordinates overtime requirements.
- Monitors team member work hours and ensures accuracy of timesheets.
- Coordinates quality improvement efforts.
- Minimizes team cycle time.
- Coordinates housekeeping activities.
- Monitors and ensures safe work practices are being followed.
