Job Description
- Maintaining the HCC division SPEED onboarding program, ensuring alignment with division strategic objectives and integration with existing training and development programs
- Designing, developing and revising onboarding materials, working with subject-matter experts, supervisors and managers
- Working with division HR managers to expand and maintain the onboarding program world-wide
- Monitoring and reporting on the status and usage of the onboarding program and processes
- Training onboarding coaches using instructor-led and webinar formats
- Coordinating the onboarding program with related onboarding events
Qualifications
- Experience in the use and practical application of the instructional design process
- Ability to design processes and procedures and manage them from a distance
- Ability to orchestrate multiple activities at once to accomplish a goal
- Project management skills
- Excellent writing skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Training course delivery skills
- Capability to work with tracking, reporting, and collaboration programs such as LearnLink and SharePoint
- Excellent PC skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- 2+ years experience in Human Resources or training design preferred
- Experience managing projects
