Job Description
- Ensures proper packaging and labeling and handles issues and receipts of material - both physical moves and system transactions.
- Ensures that all physical material receipts are correct and properly labeled.
- Maintains an organized, clean, safe storage and work area, including equipment care and maintenance.
- Assists with other Shipping/Receiving functions as necessary.
Qualifications
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs ; carry up to 35 lbs; push/pull over 100 lbs.
- Must be safety oriented, a team player, and capable of working under pressure.
- High School Diploma or GED with 1-2 years experience in material handling preferred, shipping/receiving or inventory control.
- Must be experienced in the operation of various size forklifts.
- PC and/or Mainframe experience preferred.
