Job Description
- Issues fuel card PINs for new employees.
- Cancels all PINs for employees leaving the company.
- Updates driver/vehicle assignments in the ARI database.
- Reviews PENNDOT registration renewal notifications and forwards to ARI if necessary.
- Re-routes current fleet mail: PA & KY titles to ARI; PA registrations to drivers/supervisors; recall notices to drivers/supervisors.
- Reviews all PINs currently in use and deletes any surplus.
- Within limits, reviews some of the data in the database and "cleans up" any anomalies.
- From a recent org chart, updates supervisors' email addresses for all vehicles with assigned drivers (perhaps in conjunction with the driver ID coding project).
- Produces and sends vehicle inventories into the field for verification and enters all updates.
- Redirects invoices not being sent to correct PO.
- Scans and files bid waiver forms.
- Maintains Procurement Department's general voice mailbox/email inbox.
- Files cardholder monthly statements.
Qualifications
- Current, actively enrolled student who has completed the requirements of sophomore standing.
- Completed coursework in supply chain, procurement or business administration.
- Good communication skills.
- GPA of 3.0 or higher preferred.
