Overview
To cut locking lugs and snap rings, assemble plug sets, and perform entry level stage tool assembly to consist of preparing for assembly, pre-fitting of various stage tool components, assembly, paint and crate with supervision.
Job Description
To do and /or learn the following: Cut and grid lugs and snap rings; Assemble plug sets; Pre-fit and assemble basic stage tools and crate equipment with supervision; Inspect all parts visually and hand test for proper fits.
Maintain neat housekeeping.
Know and understand Weatherford Quality Policy, and comply with all requirements of the Quality Systems Manual, Operating and Technical Procedures and Workplace Instructions.
Must understand and comply with all safety rules and company policies of Weatherford.
Work assignments carried out to the highest quality level.
Perform various other duties and activities as assigned by supervisor within the physical constraints of the job.
Qualifications
Must be able to use hand tools.
Must be capable of reading and writing
Must be capable of, or capable of learning to operate a crane and forklift.
Should be mechanically inclined and capable of progressing to Mechanic B.
