[Company] is currently looking for a Staff Recruitment Coordinator for its Edmonton, Alberta location. The Staff Recruitment Coordinator is responsible for the recruitment of staff positions and to ensure that all new employees are hired in accordance with the Company's staff recruitment hire on policy. Other primary duties and responsibilities include sourcing and evaluating all incoming resumes, interview and reference check candidates, attend career fairs, post open positions on various job banks and prepare advertisements, assist in process development, maintain the various recruitment databases and on-board new employees.
The ideal candidate will have a post secondary degree or diploma in Human Resources, one to two years of recruitment experience, good understanding and ability to use Microsoft Office, excellent written and oral communication skills, good organizational, problem-solving and time management skills, and be able to work as a team member and under minimal supervision.
