Description:
Working within the Corporate Human Resources department, you will apply your HR systems knowledge and practical experience to assist our clients in improving their business processes through the use of technology.
Responsibilities:
· As a member of the HRMS support team, you will provide general end user support and training; be responsible for taking business requirements for ongoing enhancement requests from concepts to deliverables; participate on projects such as implementations and upgrades; maintain the integrity of the production environment; and ensure that service expectations are achieved.
Qualifications:
· A minimum of 10 years of HRMS experience with 7 years of functional PeopleSoft HRMS experience (with an emphasis on Payroll, Time & Labor and Benefits Administration modules and workflow and security functionality).
· Strong skills in gathering and documenting business requirements.
· Excellent analytical skills; ability to understand how technology can be applied to satisfy business requirements.
· Knowledge of SQL and ability to write basic queries; strong Microsoft Excel skills.
· Familiarity with the solution delivery lifecycle and project management methodology.
· Experience as a team member on projects such as implementations and upgrades.
· Experience with Talent Management processes and applications such as Competency Management, Recruitment, Performance Management, Career Development, Compensation, and Succession planning is preferred.
· Undergraduate degree from a recognized university or college.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills that enable you to effectively communicate with clients, other System Administrators, and the technical analysts.
· Excel in an environment of teamwork, sharing knowledge and building relationships with team members and end users.
· Exhibit a high level of emphasis on quality and service delivery while managing and prioritizing multiple work deadlines.
· Responsive in meeting the challenges of working in a company where PeopleSoft is used in a number of our international locations.
· The successful individual will thrive and be challenged in a fast-paced, changing environment.
