Position Summary
Flint Energy Services Ltd. is currently seeking applicants for the full-time position of Equipment Team Lead located in Sherwood Park, AB.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
· Coordinates activities of the equipment management personnel in accordance with ISO
· Provide advice and assistance on personnel issues
· Provide input on optimization of equipment management processes and procedures
· Assist expediting to ensure that requirements are available as per the production schedule
· Develop process streams to execute the duties and activities of each key role
· Ensure compliance of all Flint policies and procedures
· Manage OS&D process to closure
· Lead the activities of Flint asset disposition
The following education and experience are required:
· Grade 12, College diploma preferred
· Exposure to major construction projects.
· Able to demonstrate a clear understanding of the demands for equipment.
· Associated tracking and accounting processes considered and asset.
· Minimum 5 years experience in managing a fleet of heavy equipment
