Responsibilities:
Perform all duties relating to sales & logistic administration of artificial lift system, chemical and CHC Direct sales operations in Asia Pacific which include inventory & assets management to ensure daily operations are carried out smoothly
Coordinate and arrange for requisition of materials upon receive customer order with SingOps and Plant
EUF request, coordinate shipment schedule with plant, forwarder, status etc and upon delivery follow up on invoicing
Generate Sales Revenue Report on monthly basis from JDE system
Register WPTS, CAPR and QHSE documentation in intranet
Assist product and payment coding
Assist with travel and accommodation booking
Manage & Maintain JDE Inventory & Assets accuracy
Requirements:
Diploma or higher in business admin or logistics
3 - 5 years experience in Oil & Gas/Shipping/Freight Forwarding Industry
Knowledge in JDE or Logisic & Distribution Module is preferred
