Requirements:
Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Excellent written and verbal Bahasa Indonesia communication skills
Basic knowledge of relevant computer software.
Minimum 5 years RCH system experience
Minimum 2 year international experience as above
Familiarity with all related equipment & operations i.e. corrosion, NPU, Compressions, DAQ, etc.
College/ University Degree
IWCF Well Control / IADC UB Well Control Certificates, etc.
Ability to communicate with people at all levels
Ability to work to tight deadlines
Ability to work unsupervised
Flexible and adaptable to a changing environment
Ability to motivate and develop staff
Flexible work schedule
Flexible and adaptable to a changing environment
Team Player
Strong skills in Microsoft Word for Windows, PowerPoint and Excel is preferred
Strong skills in computer database operations (Microsoft Access, Q Pulse) preferred
Knowledge of other related equipment, i.e. Compressions, corrosion, NPU, DAQ, etc. is preferred
Additional Related Certification / Training Courses is preferred
Willingness to learn new skills
