Responsibilities:
Process expense claims ensuring timely and accurate settlement
Perform payment runs and ensure sample account details are accurate
Collate information relevant to benefit-in-kind returns and assist with the preparation of the return to HMRC
Assist with daily cashflow routines including processing payments
Ad-Hoc analysis and projects
Presentation
Personal:
Presents self in a professional manner appropriate to the role
Communication:
Articulates views in comprehensive manner
Work:
Produces work of presentable quality
Requirements:
Ability to liaise with personnel at all levels
Knowledge of SAP is preferred
Good organisational skills and smart working methods
Good level of General Education
Can articulate learning and training experiences
Preferable experience in a similar role
High professional standards
Experience of Excel is advantageous

Manual handling
Must be physically fit for required position subject to reasonable adjustments
