Responsibilities:
Review of installation procedures, equipment and materials.
Assessment of Installation Contractor’s readiness and competence.
Review of all necessary certification and documentation.
Attend all relevant risk assessments and operational and safety briefings.
Maintenance and surveillance of Installation contractor’s QA / HS&E performance .
Monitor compliance with all installation procedures, specification, schedules and statutory requirements.
Ensure daily reporting of all relevant information.
Provide acceptance of testing and activity completion.
Ensure all relevant ‘As Built’ data recording and outstanding works punch lists.
Adherence with the Company PTW and operations systems.
Requirements:
5 years experience in offshore client representation.
2 years experience in the offshore client representation with the relevant discipline.
Current offshore survival certification (including air pocket re-breather course if required.
Current offshore medical certificate.
Satisfactory completion of UKOOA competency proforma.
Satisfactory completion of internal competency review procedure:
Satisfactory understanding of the responsibilities, duties and authority required under the contract.
Satisfactory understanding of associated obligations, legal and regulatory responsibilities.
Familiarity with industry standards, publications and practices.
Relevance of qualifications and experience.
