Responsibilities:
Logging user requests
Assisting with selected primary systems maintenance tasks
Providing support for Internal Testing, User Acceptance Testing & Rollouts
Assisting in the maintenance of documentation – User Manuals/Test Scripts etc.
Providing technical coverage in periods of absence
Supporting in updates to the planned schedule of work
Requirements:
To secure this role you will combine your first class systems skills (MS Office, Project, Access and SQL) with prior experience in a Business Systems Support role.
Ideally you will have exposure to Software testing and knowledge of Software Development life cycle.
