Responsibilities:
Report and assist the Managing Director of Power Business Unit in the management of the Power
Review the performance of the business
Develop and implement business development plans guidelines for the Business Unit
Lead and coordinate the business planning process
Responsible for the efficient operations and continual improvement of the Business function that meet local and regional industrial/commercial/community requirements
Develop detailed business strategies and objectives for the sector to match and contribute to corporate strategies and objectives
Fostering and managing effective relationship with existing and prospective clients in the region
Requirements:
Masters/Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
Minimum 12 years’ of relevant working experience in the planning/design/commissioning
Operation and management of large scale electricity transmission and distribution systems,
Preferably with experience in Business Development
Excellent command of both written and spoken English
Sound understanding of the power delivery sector business, knowledge (Power
Transmission & Commissioning) and its customer in South East Asia and India.
Strong business acumen, customer relationship, excellent interpersonal skills and staff management experience
Strong knowledge of industry standards and business support systems (project planning package, cost management, ISO9001 quality management systems) will be advantageous
Proven track record in the leadership of power delivery sector will be advantageous
