Overview
Operate various machines and equipment, to perform cutting, stamping and forming operations on vrious gauges of low carbon and alloy steels.
Job Description
Operate machine equipment with proper instruction and where set up has already been done.
Report improper machine function and or parts not being help to proper dimensions.
Use overhead hoists or cranes and drive forklifts after training.
Read blueprints after training and perform work-in-process procedures.
Maintain neat housekeeping.
Know and understand Weatherford Quality Policy, and comply with all requirements of the Quality Systems Manual, Operating and Technical Procedures and Workplace Instructions.
Must understand and comply with all safety rules and company policies of Weatherford.
Work assignments carried out to the highest quality level.
Perform various other duties and activities as assigned by supervisor within the physical constraints of the job.
Qualifications
Operation and reading of precision instruments in decimal fractions after training.
Use of power and hand tools.
Blueprint reading after training.
