Our international client is looking for a Financial Controller to join its Western Canadian team. As the Financial Controller, you will work closely with the Western Canadian President to ensure that annual forecasts, budgeting and general accounting processes are aligned with the company's operational plans. As a key member of the Canadian management team, you will play a key role in the company's future outcome and the continued success of this oil and gas servicing company.
As the Financial Controller your responsibilities will include the following:
· Analyzing financials
· Annual budgeting
· Monitoring the company's internal controls
· Formulating policies and procedures
· Assisting and providing strategic guidance to operations and marketing
· Managing projects
· Annual forecasting
This manufacturing company is looking for an individual who can hit the ground running. Qualified applicants will have the following background:
· CGA or CMP in good standing
· AXAPTA experience is beneficial
· 5 years + of experience in Financial Management
· Manufacturing standard cost experience
· Inventory and management experience in Manufacturing
· Excellent communication skills
· Proven leadership skills
