Have you outgrown your current Treasury position and want a new challenge? Are you ready to work with North America's largest oilfield product and services company?
Our client is an international leader in providing oil and gas products and services. Acting as the right-hand to the Director of Treasury, you will be in charge of the majority of Canadian wire transfers and cash flow. This role offers a mix of both senior and junior treasury duties. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
The responsibilities for this position include the following:
· Oversee all cash management and cash flow forecasts
· Coordinate wire-transfers
· Execute foreign exchange trades
· Plan and implement cash management products
· Maintain and develop relations with bankers
· Support treasury and accounting staff with various reporting and analysis functions
· Identify opportunities to improve business processes
· Special projects as assigned
The suitable applicant will have the following background and abilities:
· Bachelors Degree in Commerce/Finance
· 4 to 5 years of working Treasury Experience
· Cash management and wire transfer experience
· Ability to work independently
· Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
· Strong initiative and attention to detail
· Ability to take on responsibilities
· Advanced Excel skills
