Position Summary/ Responsibilities:
- Coordinating the overall estimating activities in determining capital costs on one or more major complex projects;
- Preparing detailed estimates and comprehensive cost reports and financial analysis for an assigned project;
- Reviewing and evaluating all aspects of estimates, contract scope changes or extra work orders;
- Conferring with clients on matters relating to cost estimates;
- Assigning and reviewing work of subordinate estimating staff.
Requirements:
- 8+ years estimating experience.
- AACE or PMI certification is an asset.
- Good working knowledge of Kbase is desirable for senior estimating positions.
- Previous estimation experience in pump stations, terminals and pipeline is an asset.
