Other duties would include but would not be limited to the following:
· Provide customer support to our Production Accounting systems
· Log calls and incidents to Service Desk Manager for review
· Resolve technical and functional issues for clients
Require Work Experience:
· 2+ years of general IT experience,
· 1+ years of experience with Production Accounting systems
· Excellent estimation and scheduling skills,
· Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project 2003,
Soft Skills:
· Highly motivated and strong desire to work on new technology based solutions
· Analytical and Detail Oriented
· Performs well under pressure
· Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
· Excellent problem solving skills in a technical environment
· Ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects at the same time
· Able to provide leadership to more junior team members
· Able to communicate technical information to various users
