Requirements
· Contract formation and administration
· Corporate compliance
· Monitor project work and projections
· Project contracting strategies
· Prepare and issue reports
· Monitor project deliverables
· Manage production personnel: Work allocation, training, and problem resolution at multiple locations
· Evaluate employee performance and motivate to achieve peak productivity
In addition, this role requires a minimum of 3 years knowledge and understanding in
· Financial project management
· Accounting and finance principals
· General corporate business practices
· Document Control
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the candidate to move forward in this role will be responsible for managing a variety of client contracts in accordance with company policies and procedures, applicable laws and client requirements, additionally the Contract Manager will be expected to identify potential contractual issues and opportunities.
