[Company], a division of [Company], is the provider of specialty chemical programs to the petroleum industry for drilling, well stimulation, production enhancement, pipeline transportation and refining. Delivering products of superior quality, our primary goal is to provide customer solutions in the areas of process efficiencies, operating cost reduction, and minimization of environmental concerns.
Typical Duties may include:
· Identify customer capital projects in Upstream and Downstream markets,
· Coordinate with District operations and Corporate Accounts for assignment of a Project Manager,
· Track progress on projects, work with project managers to remove barriers to business,
· Develop specific customer strategies,
· Identify niche markets in Capex projects to leverage [Company] value,
· Conduct high level business reviews with customers on Capex projects,
· Manage corporate and local technology engagement in Capex projects,
· Lead and/or support the completion and submission of tenders,
· Coach and support Global Capex team on specific projects,
· Handles special projects as assigned.
Skills/Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s Degree required,
· Minimum of 10 years experience in the oilfield industry, preferably working in bitumen mining applications. Heavy oil upgrading experience would be an asset,
· Ability to interact with all levels of customer organizations including executive levels,
· High level of motivation, well-developed interpersonal skills, dependability, strong organizational skills and the ability to work with limited supervision are required,
· Strong PC skills and good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel are required,
· Valid passport is required,
· Overseas travel is required.
