Job Description
The NISCO Business Manager is responsible for:
Supervise business administrator and administrative assistant
Bid, negotiate, and execute supply, transportation and marketing agreements
Prepare LRP annual budget, monthly earnings estimates and perform economic evaluations for on-going operations
Act as authorized agent for all correspondence with investors and banks, and manage NISCO's changing finance requirements through the Finance Subcommittee
Manage automated systems, determine software and hardware requirements and maintain system security and disaster recovery plan
Ensure government reports are filed, coordinate filing of federal and state income taxes, prepare 1099's, manage NISCO's Enterprise Zone Tax Credit Program and Ten Year Tax Exemption Program, and coordinate property and sales tax filing
Coordinate all internal and external audits
Manage procurement and service contracts for the facility
Qualifications
Legally authorized to work in the United States on a regular full-time basis without restrictions.
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
Minimum ten years Finance/Accounting experience in positions of increasing responsibility
Advanced proficiency in SAP (FI module)
