Overview
[Employer] is currently accepting on-line resumes for Drilling Engineers for development assets and exploration projects in the Continental US, Alaska, Canada, various international locations, and corporate technical groups providing worldwide operational support. Assignments will be office based with associated travel to field operations and possible rotational or short term field assignments.
Job Description
Provide drilling engineering support in preparation of well plans and execution of daily operations. Primary function will be to ensure wells are planned and executed in a safe, cost effective, and environmentally responsible manner while adhering to all company core values, corporate safety policies, and local regulations. All levels of technical and operational experience are required to provide engineering support for all types of wells including exploration, development, HTHP (high temperature high pressure), deepwater, and horizontal being drilling around the world utilizing all types of rigs.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
Legally authorized to work in the United States on a regular full-time basis without restrictions.
Three or more years of direct experience as a engineer in the petroleum industry.
Ability to travel at least 10% of the time.
