Description
As a member of our drafting team, you will work with Engineering and Operations departments in various drafting functions, enabling the safe and reliable delivery of natural gas. The scope of work will include disciplines such as Mechanical Piping, Civil Mapping, and Presentation Graphics.
Responsibilities
- Assist the engineering staff with layout details, orientation of projects and assure compliance with both internal and external standards and regulations.
- Prepare plans to obtain permits and licenses from various Municipal and Provincial departments and various private companies.
Qualifications
- Certificate or diploma in Drafting from a recognized technical institute.
- Previous experience in drafting will be an asset, municipal surveying, and MicroStation would be considered an asset.
- Able to excel in an independent role.
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills
