This position provides Shipping and Receiving of parts, material and equipment. Duties must be performed consistent with company vision, mission, and values and adherence to company policies and procedures.
Specific duties include, but are not limited to:
· Inspect, verify, receive and document all incoming goods
· Prepare documentation for deliveries and shipments
· Gather, verify and pack goods for deliveries and shipments according to ISO standards
· Ship and receive electrical and instrumentation parts and equipment
· Assist with management of branch material inventory
· Maintain accurate inventory files and records to comply with ISO
· Assist Branch Manager and administrative staff with processing of paperwork
· Assist with inventory counts.
Candidate Profile
· Shipping and Receiving experience
· Ability to operate a forklift
· Good working knowledge of Word and Excel
· Excellent organizational, communication and strong interpersonal skills
· Able to work with minimum supervision
· Good attendance and reliability is a must
· Successful completion of a pre-employment medical is required for this job position. At minimum, bona fide occupational requirements for the job position must be met.
