Job Description:
- This lead position will be responsible for the preparation and submittal of an array of Agency and Governmental submittals.
- These submittals will include drilling applications, completion reports, sundry notices and all down hole well activity reporting.
- The individual will need to establish a favorable working relationship with the Federal, State, and Local Governmental Agencies.
- Monitoring the progression of applications and reporting back to the Asset team will be essential.
Responsibilities:
- Takes the initiative in obtaining permits from the Governmental Agencies to allow the Asset Team to meet drilling and production commitments.
- Acts as a liaison with agencies to insure that work activities are conducted in accordance with applicable permits.
- Monitors the Governmental Rules and Regulations and reports any changes to the Asset Team so that negative impacts will not take place.
- Provides accurate and timely feedback on permit status to the Asset Team.
- Prioritizes duties as required to support drilling and operational schedules.
- Utilizes Microsoft applications for permit preparation and tracking.
- Maintains precise and accurate Data Management Files.
- Works closely with the Environmental Group to ensure environmental stewardship.
- Attends Agency and Industry sponsored meetings and workshops to represent [Company]and to stay abreast of regulation changes
