Responsibilities:
Manages all aspects of their respective Business Unit to ensure compliance with company policies. Maximising market share, revenues and profit by controlling cost, developing marketing strategies and introducing new technologies
Coordinate seminars (and employee training) for district.
Provide technical support to colleagues and customers.
Develop new marketing tools for existing products as well as new products or technologies.
Maximise product line financial results with a focus on revenue and gross profit:
Direct personnel and equipment required for customer jobs.
Coordinate efforts between plant manufacturing or engineering, R&D engineering, and sales/service offices.
Set and oversee budgets for operating cost and equipment purchases and measure productivity against these
Requirements:
Degree / Diploma in a petroleum, mechanical engineering / management discipline or equivalent.
Minimum of 5 years experiences in oilfield services
Minimum of 8 years experience in relevant Weatherford products & services
Minimum of 3 years in a similar position
Excellent operational and technical skills in relation to relevant Weatherford products and services.
Ability to develop and implement plans and strategies.
Excellent customer and employee interpersonal skills (including presentation skills).
