Responsibilities:
Perform order management duties on an accurate and timely basis, i.e. under limited supervision, receives, evaluates, coordinates and expedites all phases of customer orders
Provide one-stop support services by pre-empting customers’ needs and effectively packaging solutions through integrating and leveraging on existing resources
Coordinates transfer of slow moving inventory within distribution system
Liaising effectively with the Plant/Vendor to ensure delivery commitment to customers are fulfilled
Liaise with related department on purchases and shipment issues including reconciliation payment and billing issues
Handles special projects, as assigned
Requirements:
Diploma with at least 3 years relevant working experience and/or Degree in Supply Chain Management
Computer literate and proficient in data management
Proficient in the use of order entry and computer systems and software (SAP R/3).
Strong analytical and communication skills
Positive attitude, energetic
Ability to handle stress and meet deadlines
Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously
