Responsibilities:
Adopt and contribute to the high SEQ standards polices & procedures, ensure maximum and continuous availability of Gas wells to meet production target and LNG plant gas requirement through proper well monitoring and aggressive well maintenance program.
Plans supervise and conduct all intrusive well operations including various slick line and / e-line production logging such us PLT’s, Temperature surveys etc
Mitigate production problems and initiate plans for technical solution including Work over re-completions and high pressure acid pumping using coiled tubing and stimulation vessels.
Establish and conduct well maintenance program for the wells x-mas trees wellheads and down-hole safety valves.
Choose and ensure minimum supply of spare part and establish QA/QC procedures.
Provide and run monitoring program for Casing pressure, down-hole corrosion.
Responsible for planning and supervising SIMOPS during Work-over and Drilling on production platforms.
Provides first line crisis management response during well emergencies and ensure implementation of well blow-out procedures.
Co-ordinate Job Safety Analyses involving multiple disciplines for all activities related to well operations. Research latest and proven technologies to ensure quality results of well surveys.
Requirements:
Bachelor of Science in Petroleum or Natural Gas Engineering
5-10 years experience in well operations in high-pressure sour gas environment. Expert in down-hole equipment, slick line, Completion, logging and well maintenance.
Good knowledge of drilling operations and SIMOPS. Should have extensive training and knowledge in Safety procedures and standards.
Must be capable of leading a team of professional and able to work under duress.
He must be in excellent health to work in the harsh offshore/onshore environment.
Good Computer proficiency, familiar with SAP and good back ground in Production related software (PROSPER, WEM, ..etc).
Fluent written and spoken English
