Responsibilities:
Sets up project master document register on prescribed software
Liaises with and supports the project team on all aspects of document control
Manages and records the throughput of all project documentation from internal departments, clients and suppliers
Runs reports as required by the Project team
Assists with supply of documents for project needs ( Mobilisations etc)
Works with Project / internal groups to ensure
as-built documentation is made available for review
Organises / prepares documentation for hard copies / CD etc
Works with others to get copying completed
Assists with Project document archivingWorks with Minimal supervision
Requriements:
Presents self in a professional manner appropriate to the role
Articulates views in comprehensive manner
Produces work of presentable quality
Good organisational skills and smart working methods
Continuing Professional Development:
Can articulate learning and training experiences
Knowledge of Document Management
Processes.
Computer literate
Familiar with Doc control software
Relevant previous experience working in the
subsea or offshore industry environment with a
general knowledge of project Engineering
Must be physically fit for required position subject to reasonable adjustments
