Responsibilities and Deliverables:
- Liaise with customers (existing and new), contractors and project engineers.
- Prepare proposals and estimates for requests relating to HVAC, BAS, Energy Retrofits and Service Contracts Pursue new business opportunities and maintain existing customer base
- Maintain Customers, Proposals and the Quote Backlog
- Assist Sales Manager with training and mentoring Junior Account Executives
In light of the identified responsibilities, the following are specific deliverables that the position is designed to achieve.
- Sales Volume - Orders secured over a 12 month period relative to annual sales target
- New Opportunities
- Identified over a 12 month period.

Experience and Qualifications:
The following indicates specific industry, academic and functional experience/qualifications that are important to the successful achievement of the identified responsibilities and performance deliverables.
- College or University Degree in Business or Engineering
- Experience selling to the Mechanical Contracting industry.
- Technical experience in either the HVAC, Building Automation or Process Controls
- Strong technical knowledge
- Excellent track record of results selling large complex controls or related systems.
Functions:
75-100K range salary
